Amy Hill plays Teuila "Kumu" Tuileta on the NBC drama "Magnum P.I."
Hill's TV roles include "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend," "UnREAL," "Preacher" and "Mom." As a voice actor, she's been heard on numerous animated series and films, including "Kung Fu Panda" (series), "American Dad!" and the next season of "Praise Petey."
On the big screen, many remember her from "50 First Dates" or as Ice Cube's neighbor in "Next Friday." "Mack & Rita," starring Diane Keaton, marked her return in 2022.
She's also worked with regional theaters such as the Mark Taper Forum, Berkeley Rep, Seattle Rep, Actors Theater of Louisville and the Public Theater in New York, and she appeared on Broadway in Lincoln Center's "Twelfth Night" that also aired on PBS' "Live from Lincoln Center."
She is proud to consider East West Players as her L.A. theater home where she has also performed, directed and taught.
